1 pound ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 can each cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons melted margarine
Mix all ingredients and place in long rectangular casserole dish.
Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Uncover. Bake another 30 minutes.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
